Ernest Hemingway was born in the year 1899 outside Chicago. Hemingway's father believed inspired him to become interested in nature and adventure when his father often took his son hunting and fishing trips. The natural and recreational inspired childhood gave Ernest Hemingway desire to continue the adventure and nature. First World War that had begun was a way to achieve the adventure feeling, to participate was obvious to Ernest Hemingway. However, he was banished from the army because of vision problems. He continued to fight in the war despite his disability, and young age as a volunteer ambulance driver. Although he had been refused a place before he went to Milan to take part in war army. Where he fought bravely but he was badly injured by grenades but also of the heroin consumed extensively by soldiers. He then received a silver medal for valiant courage in the war and for the solidarity and solicitude he showed the wounded at kriget.Snart began authoring creation take off. In the years 1925-1929 flourished his work the most and he released his most famous work "In Our Time". He also released "The Sun Also Rises," "To Have and Have Not" and "Farewell to Arms" which made him the most important generation of writers.
His marriage was no longer, and he married fashion journalist Pauline Pfeiffer. They moved to Key West in Florida and where are all his future works wrote. He thought the place was so wonderful that he wrote every morning and then go out to fish. They were the most productive years he had as a writer. Hemingway went on to travel on safari in Africa and the adventure full trip inspired him to write the book "Africa's Green Mountains" Many of Hemingway's books based on his own discover the spirit and travel. Hemingway received the Nobel Prize for Literature in the year 1954, including "The Old Man and the Sea" However, he was not present and the distribution of the price.
The same year, he survived two airplane crashes and his body took much damage.
His physical injuries made him depressed and he could no longer write.
He sought comfort by using drugs and alcohol.
In 1960 he was admitted for detoxification, and subjected to 39 electroshock treatments.
Shortly before his 62 birthday, he decided to take his life.
He took his own hunting rifle and shot himself.
